So the course is coming to a close as we speak. Only 2 more days left :( This course coming to a close only reminds me that I have to be back at school in about a week for RA training. This I am definitely not looking forward to! BUT training this summer is supposed to be pretty cool. Oh my goodness I absolutely love love loved this book! It was SO good. Although I really enjoyed Stephenson's Diamond Age, I have to admit Peircy's novel is definitely my favorite! I really enjoyed her style of writing, it was so smooth and easy to follow. Her terms weren't so over my head as they were in Neuromancer and it was so much easier to wrap my head around! Okee dokee..Just felt like blogging for a bit because I have some time before work. Maybe I will talk about the books we've read. I really didn't enjoy Neuromancer only because I felt it was wayyyy too far over my head, but I did really really really enjoy Diamond Age. It really felt to me like it was a modern day cyberpunk fairy tale. The fact that it was set in the future made it SO very interesting to read, and the Primer aspect of the novel was so fascinating.
